How Kent Darcie LPC Helps Adults Heal from Their Parents’ Divorce | Adults with Divorced Parents Ministries

In this powerful episode, Ambassador Elisha sits down with Kent Darcie, founder of Adults with Divorced Parents Ministries, to uncover the hidden emotional impact of parental divorce on adult children.

Drawing from his own story and over 20 years of experience, Kent shares deep insights into the lifelong effects of childhood divorce—like unresolved anger, fear of abandonment, trust issues, and even how it shapes one’s view of God.

Kent reveals why so many adults are unaware of how their parents' separation continues to influence their relationships, spiritual walk, and emotional health.

He also offers real tools and biblical wisdom to overcome these issues and build healthier marriages and lives.

Whether you’re a child of divorce or know someone who is, this conversation is filled with healing, clarity, and hope.
