From Rebellion to Redemption Through Innovation; Michael Leung | With Amb. Elisha

On this powerful episode of The Elisha Show, Amb. Elisha sits down with Michael Leung, an entrepreneur whose journey from adversity to innovation is both raw and inspiring.

After immigrating from Hong Kong to Calgary as a child, Michael faced deep personal loss that sent his life in a difficult direction. But instead of allowing pain to define him, he rebuilt himself through discipline, growth, and purpose.

Today, Michael is the founder of Flow and the creator of TruBalance, an open-ear bone conduction assistive hearing device focused on affordability and accessibility. His innovation is gaining national attention.

In this conversation, they explore:

• How grief can either derail you or develop you

• The role of mentorship and environment in transformation

• Why innovation should solve real human problems

• What it takes to rebuild credibility and confidence

• Turning adversity into impact

Michael’s story is a reminder that setbacks can become setups — if you choose responsibility over excuses.
