Faith Over Fear: Building a Business That Values People Over Profit – Tim Youkhana | With Amb. Elisha

From The Elisha Show Elisha Arowojobe | Personal Mastery & Purpose Coach

On this inspiring episode of The Elisha Show, Amb. Elisha sits down with Tim Youkhana, pharmacist, entrepreneur, and faith-driven leader, for a powerful conversation about courage, conviction, and building a business rooted in values.

After spending over 15 years in corporate pharmacy, Tim made a bold decision. He walked away from comfort and security because he saw something he could not ignore — profit being valued over people. At a time when opioid misuse was devastating communities across the United States, Tim chose integrity over compliance.

In this episode, you’ll discover:

• What pushed Tim to leave a secure corporate career

• The ethical tension he faced during the opioid crisis

• How faith guided him through unemployment, uncertainty, and fatherhood

• The six-year journey before finally opening his pharmacy

• Why waking up at 3 a.m. gives him a mental and spiritual advantage

• How discipline, gratitude, and solitude shape his leadership

• Why perseverance is more important than talent

• The entrepreneurial lessons he learned from his father

• Tim also shares how cutting off “Plan B” forced him to grow into the man his family and employees needed him to be.

This conversation is about more than pharmacy.

It’s about faith under pressure.
