Andrew Parr: The Real You — Breaking Inner Conditioning & Self-Sabotage | Amb. Elisha

Andrew Parr shares how childhood conditioning, trauma, and subconscious beliefs shape adult behavior, and why many people stay stuck despite personal development work. He explains his “de-hypnotizing” approach to helping clients break limiting patterns, the real root of procrastination and fear, and how self-awareness is the first step to lasting inner freedom.

Key Takeaways:

• Most struggles come from subconscious conditioning, not surface problems

• People stay stuck by treating symptoms instead of root causes

• Childhood experiences shape adult emotional reactions and decisions

• Fear is often the hidden block between knowing and doing

• A powerful question for change: “What am I afraid of?”

• Lasting transformation starts with self-awareness and belief change

• Real freedom comes from responding calmly, not reactively
