There are dangers to climbing success mountain, you must know when to continue climbing, when to change direction, or just stop… Our guest on this episode is Cathy O'Dowd. She is the author of the outstanding book: Just for the love of it Cathy is a South African mountaineer, she was the first woman in the world to climb Mount Everest, the world's highest mountain, and she did it from both its north and south sides, and she remains an active adventurer today.
