Karin Burger - Silver Ferns Star Opens Up About Love & Life as a Professional Athlete

Karin is one of the stars of the Silver Ferns. Just recently she played her 50th test which happened to be a win against Australia. This conversation is part of Karins story.

We talk about her journey from a small town in South Africa to her wildly successful netball career in New Zealand. How she kept grinding for years despite the challenges, overcoming adversity, the importance of mental health in sports, her thoughts on age and even her 'famously single' status.

This episode is packed with stories of determination and resilience that I reckon we can all learn from.

Karin is a real breath of fresh air with a relentlessly positive attitude and outlook on life so I hope you guys enjoy it.
