Bite size: Zac Guildford talks about where his addictions started

This bite sized snippet comes from the full conversation with Zac Guildford.

If you want to hear the whole thing, it's episode 21 of Runners Only with Dom Harvey.

11 years ago, Zach Guildford was part of the All-Blacks squad that won the Rugby World Cup in that epic final against France in Auckland. By then he had also won a Commonwealth Games gold medal for the sevens. He was friends and teammates with Richie, Dan and co and went on to earn $500,000 a year.

His life today looks very different. He has no money and is on home detention in Christchurch. But he is finally free of all his addictions and is the happiest and most at peace he has been in years.
