Bite size: Max Key on his partyboy reputation, online abuse & death threats
This "bite size" episode comes from the full podcast conversation with Max Key (Episode 58) that came out recently. If you are time poor or not sure you want to listen to the full episode, you can listen to this then decide.
Max Key is a household name in New Zealand and a person that most people probably have an opinion on.
He was 13 years old in 2008 when his dad became the Prime Minister of New Zealand, a job that meant every single teenage mis-step Max made was played out in the public eye.
In this clip, Max talks about his reputation as a "partyboy" and just how far from the truth it was. He talks about some of the online abuse from stangers he was subjected to, and even death threats.
