Lois's Bio Lois Strachan is a disability coach who guides people with disabilities to achieve their dreams and goals. She works globally supporting people with a range of different abilities. Lois is also the host of the A Different Way of Seeing podcast, where she chats to people about their lives, work and the accommodations they make to enable them to do things. Lois is the author of 6 books, including her bestselling memoir A Different Way of Seeing: A Blind Woman's Journey of Living an"Ordinary" Life in an Extraordinary Way, and Paws for Thought, the life story of her previous guide dog, Fiji. She lives in Cape Town, South Africa, is married and lives with a household of gorgeous dogs including her new guide, Normandy.
