Mother Earth's Children - Part Two : The Harvest of Souls

🔥 Episode Two: The Harvest of Souls By the summer of 1971, the transformation is complete. What began as a commune… Has become something far more controlled. Far more dangerous. Far more final. On the summer solstice, Morrison tells his followers that Mother Earth is no longer satisfied with symbolic offerings. She wants something more. 🩸 In This Episode: • The escalation from ritual to human sacrifice • How Morrison used drugs, deprivation, and belief to override moral boundaries • The targeted selection of victims—and why they were chosen • The reality behind what followers believed were acts of transcendence • The investigation that finally exposed the truth 🚨 The Reckoning Three lives lost. Dozens psychologically shattered. And a leader who never saw himself as the villain. The trial that followed forced a confrontation with a question that still lingers: Where does spiritual freedom end… And exploitation begin? 🧠 The Takeaway The search for meaning is human. But in the wrong hands— It becomes a weapon. 🎙️ Follow & Stay Connected Follow The Devil Within on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, and subscribe on YouTube for full episodes and exclusive content. 📱 Socials • Instagram: @thedevilwithinpod • Instagram: @idesofaprilpod • Instagram: @taboo_treasures • YouTube: Evio Creative Network • Website: eviocreative.com 🚨 Network Call to Action If you’re enjoying The Devil Within, make sure you’re following the entire Evio Creative Network. 🎧 The Ides of April — cinematic history at its most consequential 🎭 Criminal Mischief — unforgettable characters and the stories behind the crimes 🎤 Finding Me with Josh Wolf — real-time accountability, growth, and daily perspective 🕯️ Taboo Treasures — the darkest stories behind the world’s rarest artifacts Follow, subscribe, and share your favorite episodes.
