Interview:The Legal Shield at the Center of Vaccine Policy

Mary Holland, CEO of Children's Health Defense, draws a straight line from the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act — which stripped liability from manufacturers — to the 2005 PREP Act, to COVID, to the mRNA shots being added to the childhood schedule specifically to preserve liability protection before the emergency expired. CHD's position is unambiguous: COVID shots should not be on the market, the RNA technology has not been proven safe at population scale, and no vaccine mandated without stopping transmission has any ethical justification.
