Britt Robson On The Timberwolves Downward Spiral

On today’s podcast, Britt Robson of The Athletic joins the show to discuss the Minnesota Timberwolves’ downward spiral that has followed their explosion in Phoenix. A week that began with a loss to the Thunder at home, a blowout against the Mavericks, a standing pat trade deadline, a win that felt like a loss against the Rockets, and a blowout against the Rockets in the rematch. We discuss: - Deflating losses that point back to questions about leadership - How the Wolves could pivot off of their core of Towns, Russell, Edwards and Beasley if that is deemed necessary - Jaden McDaniels and the future of the power forward position - A bottom of the league rampant with tanking and the Wolves mired in the mix of it - Monday’s opponent, the Brooklyn Nets, and their championship odds - Britt’s three MVP candidates versus Dane’s three MVP candidates Submit your Blue Wire Hustle application here: http://bwhustle.com/join Sign up for Dane's Patreon ($5 a month) at: Patreon.com/DaneMooreNBA Learn more about your ad choices.
