West Side Story and Tribute to Stephen Sondheim

This week on The Cine-Files we honor one of the most important composers and artists of the last century, Stephen Sondheim, by revisiting a conversation on the musical that brought him international attention, West Side Story for which he did the lyrics. This is one of our favorite conversations and we couldn't revisit this iconic film without inviting our guests, Milena Govich and David Cornue back to the microphone to put the life and work of Stephen Sondheim into perspective.

This was a wonderful conversation. In fact, it was so good that we didn't want it to end. So, stay tuned Cine-Files for a much longer exploration of the man who changed musical theater forever, Stephen Sondheim.

If you haven't seen this incredible film you can buy or stream it right here.
