Helen’s quick thinking and careful approach provide a contrast to Bob’s brute force. Dash’s excitement at running on water becomes a standout moment, while Violet’s growing confidence changes how she carries herself. The hosts discuss the genuine danger facing the children and why those stakes strengthen the story. Syndrome’s inventions and ambition are undermined by his ego. Frozone’s super-suit argument and Edna’s “No capes!” speech inspire enthusiastic impressions. Both hosts recommend the film for families, with criticism focused on aspects of the animation that they feel have aged. The next movie roll selects Anastasia.
