Amy Slevin' Yoga, Mindset and Movement Coach + Cat mum'

This week Michelle speaks with Amy Slevin, she is a yoga, movement, and mindset coach with a passion for Parkour. Amy is a former Osteopath, helping people to restore normal function & health of the joints to help the body heal itself. She now offers an online mentoring program and a variety of courses such as transforming your relationship with pain and illness. Amy's yoga classes are lighthearted and playful and aim to empower people through movement variety. She applies the Demartini Method to all areas of her practice. She is also a cat mum to a sweet tabby called Tilly and big fluff ball Mr. Man, who feature in many of Amy's online videos.
