As an Activator in the StrengthsFinder assessment, I’m a natural doer. Someone who dives into action, works hard and follow through -- traits I share with my high-achieving clients. Yet, this focus on 'doing': planning, strategising, ticking off to-do's -- often takes priority. This leaves little time to reflect on successes, learnings or celebrate progress TOWARD your goals.
