Ohio State vs. Indiana: 4 Matchups That Could Decide the Game

Ohio State and Indiana are set for one of the biggest games of the Big Ten season, and this matchup could come down to a handful of individual battles.

On this episode of the Buckeye Weekly Podcast, Tony Gerdeman and Tom Orr break down four matchups that could determine who wins in Bloomington, starting with Jeremiah Smith against Indiana cornerback Jamari Sharpe. They also look at the challenge Ohio State's corners will face against Charlie Becker and the Hoosiers' talented receiving corps.

Then the conversation moves into the trenches, where Ohio State's offensive tackles will have to deal with Indiana's pass rush, including Stephen Daley, while the Buckeyes' defensive ends look for opportunities against an Indiana offensive line that showed some vulnerability against Nebraska. With both teams featuring talented quarterbacks and dangerous receivers, the battle to keep Julian Sayin and Josh Hoover upright could be one of the biggest factors in the game.
