Buck Brief - Where in the World is Freaky Talarico?

Where is James Talarico? The Texas Democrat has been off the campaign trail for 12 days, with his campaign saying he’s battling the flu. But as his absence stretches on, questions are mounting, President Trump is weighing in, and the prediction markets are moving in Talarico’s favor. Buck breaks down what’s going on in the Texas Senate race, why he’s not buying the idea that Republicans are suddenly doomed in red states, and how the media narrative around races in Florida, South Carolina, Kansas, Michigan, and beyond could shape turnout heading into the midterms.
