Ep. 546: Selective "Originalism"?
Professor Saul Cornell doesn't like the latest round of arguments from the Supreme Court. SCOTUS seems poised to expand "gun rights," but Cornell thinks this is a case of "selective originalism." I explain why on this episode of The Brion McClanahan Show.
