Ep. 538: Is the Declaration "Organic Law"?

The West Coast Straussians will tell you that the Declaration of Independence is "organic law." This position forms the basis of their "proposition nation" ideology. But is the Declaration "organic law" by definition? And if not, what does this mean for America and more importantly American conservatism?
