BOBBYCAST - Katie - Host of Girls in Low Places on Country Music in the UK + Backlash From Viral Moment with Riley Green + Why She Flashed Tucker Wetmore + Industry Plants, Honky Tonks, The Spice Girls

Katie from Girls in Low Places drops in this week and brings a whole different angle on country music — including what it’s like being a fan (and a voice) for the genre in the UK. She and Bobby get into how country is landing overseas, what surprised her most once she got closer to the scene, and why some artists feel bigger across the pond than they do back home. They also rewind to a viral Riley Green moment that blew up fast and didn’t exactly go the way she expected, plus the story behind why she flashed Tucker Wetmore — yes, that happened, and yes, there’s context. From there it turns into a no-filter hang about “industry plants,” the weird stuff fans argue about online, and what makes a honky tonk feel like a honky tonk no matter what country you’re in. Expect a wild conversation that goes way past country — all the way to the Spice Girls
