Stepping out of bitterness | Caring for our memory
Bitterness is feeling angry, hurt, or resentful because of one's bad experiences or a sense of unjust treatment. There are ways to over come bitterness, though. In his new book "Overcoming Bitterness," pastor and counselor Stephen Viars shows us the road to healing. Then Dr. Bruce Simat lays the foundation of what happens in our brains that result in dementia or alzheimer's, the reasons why early detection is essential, and different habits we can employ to keep our memory in great working order.
