Big Ten Tournament Round 3 Recap | What Coaches are Leaving and Coming? | Big Ten After Dark LIVE 14

In this episode of "Big Ten Basketball After Dark," host JR recaps Round 3 of the Big Ten tournament, focusing on the second day of four games, highlighted by Michigan's impressive 86-68 victory over Purdue. He analyzes Michigan's strong offensive performance, minimal turnovers, and key contributions from players like Roddy Gail and Trey Donaldson, marking a potential turning point for the team after a tough season end. JR also discusses Purdue's struggles, including uncharacteristic misses from TKR and an exhausted team unable to capitalize on open shots, suggesting the early exit might benefit them with rest before the NCAA tournament. The episode touches on coaching changes, with Fran McCaffrey fired at Iowa and rumors of Chris Collins possibly leaving Northwestern for Villanova. JR previews the next day’s matchups, Michigan State vs. Wisconsin and Michigan vs. Maryland, expecting closer contests. He wraps up solo, inviting listener comments and promising more insights in future episodes. What is the Big Ten Huddle? https://the-big-ten-huddle-shop.fourthwall.com/More from JR:Personal Twitter: https://x.com/jrs_rankingsBig Ten Twitter: https://x.com/TheBigTenHuddleRead JR's Ohio State coverage: https://x.com/jrs_rankingsListen to JR on Ohio State (Most Sundays at 8 pm ET): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCb18UD0A7PPUktICZC3ehCgListen to JR on Illinois (Monday episodes): https://www.youtube.com/@LockedOnIlliniListen to JR on Iowa (Monday afternoons): https://x.com/1600ESPNBig Ten Basketball Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@TheBigTenHuddle-BasketballSPONSORSCoach's Film Room - Sign up for the Menace Army: Colonel tier at https://menace2sports.com/channels/coachs-film-room College Huddle - https://thecollegehuddle.com/Homefield - https://www.homefieldapparel.com/?rfsn=7872586.e3e1d25 | Coupon Code: TBTHCatch The Big Ten Huddle daily, covering football or basketball.
