Sometimes we’d like to wave a magic wand and be miraculously healed from all our traumas and pain. Unfortunately for us (and you) we live in the real world where our pains demand to be felt and there’s not much we can do but to wait it out. There is one bright spot: just like in business growth, change happens gradually… gradually… gradually… and then all at once! So maybe we can’t wave a magic wand to get rid of all of our pains and be healed suddenly, but we can show up daily and keep trying new things until—all of a sudden—we feel better.
