Ep. 455: It's Not Your Fault (But It Is Your Responsibility)

Shitty things happen to us all the time, and while it’s never your fault when someone wrongs you, it is your responsibility to heal from it. No amount of wishing or righteous anger undoes the past, and no amount of trying to understand “why” bad things happen, will take away the pain. Sometimes, you’re just left to pick up the pieces alone. But if you’re able to practice that emotional resiliency, you’ll be light years ahead of everyone else. You’ll be a healing ninja.
