Ep. 435: 8 Lessons Learned from Scaling a Business from 2 Team Members to 10

Jill’s back with a solo-pod today to speak to those listeners who are more entrepreneurial minded, coaches, managers, or leaders of any kind. The last few years for Jill have brought about a ton of growth, both personally and professionally. After working all on her own for several years, Jill wanted to level up JillFit, and that meant really embodying a leadership role and bringing on new team members. Whether you have your own business, manage others in some capacity, or have dreams of doing so some day, this episode is all about Jill’s personal journey as she scaled JillFit to a 7-figure business.
