Ep. 30: Dealing with Depression

This is the Best Life; but that doesn’t mean we are immune to the downs life can throw at us, too. Especially when it comes to a real, chemical imbalance in our brains. Danny is no stranger to depression, and courageously shares some of her recent struggles in this episode. Depression can make us believe untrue things about ourselves, but there are always steps to take to set us back on the path to happiness.

If you are in need of immediate mental health care, are in danger of hurting yourself or others, or just need a place to talk, call the National Suicide Hotline: 1-800-273-8255
