True Crime Turner: Stalking in Sports

"What happens when admiration turns into obsession—and social media becomes the gateway to stalking?"In this gripping and unsettling segment of The Ben and Skin Show, Kevin “KT” Turner takes the mic for a chilling edition of True Crime Turner, diving into a disturbing trend: stalking in sports. The episode kicks off with a haunting tale of a 19-year-old maintenance worker who became fixated on UCLA basketball star Kiki Rice, culminating in a cross-country trip, a rented U-Haul, and a handwritten card. Joined by Ben Rogers, Jeff “Skin” Wade, and Krystina Ray, the crew reacts with a mix of shock, humor, and insight as KT unpacks a five-part investigative series from The Athletic. From creepy catfishing to fake IDs and forged last names (yes, someone actually changed their name to “Hooshmanzada” to sneak into a gated community), this episode explores the bizarre and dangerous lengths stalkers go to—and how public figures are increasingly vulnerable in the age of social media.
