iHeart Teacher of the Day: Valerie from Keller High School

The show takes a break from the usual chaos to shine a spotlight on someone truly deserving: Valerie Lane, a dedicated dyslexia teacher at Keller High School. As part of iHeartRadio’s “Thank a Teacher Month,” Jeff “Skin” Wade has a touching and unexpectedly funny phone conversation with Valerie that will leave you smiling. From lesson planning to Deftones fandom, Valerie shares her passion for teaching, her love for rock music, and her journey from Central Texas to the Fort Worth area. The conversation is full of warmth, gratitude, and Skin’s signature charm, including a moment where he jokingly asks for her husband’s phone number.
