WARNING: Auburn's Critics Have Some EXPLAINING To Do!
AUBURN FOOTBALL JUST BEAT NO. 1 GEORGIA IN ATHENS AND STILL CAN'T GET INTO THE TOP 25?! Make that make sense! After one of the biggest victories in recent Auburn football history, the Tigers are still fighting for respect in the college football rankings. Auburn knocked off Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs on the road, but apparently that wasn't enough to convince voters that the Tigers belong among the nation's top 25 teams. Meanwhile, teams like Missouri, Florida, and Alabama are getting the benefit of the doubt. So what exactly are these voters looking at? But the rankings aren't the only story coming out of Auburn's massive victory. Remember all that talk about Alex Golesh bringing USF players to Auburn who supposedly couldn't compete in the SEC? Well, Byrum Brown, Chas Nimrod, Christian Neptune, and the other transfers had something to say about that against Georgia. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
