September 24, 1996: Egyptology - Caroline Davies

Caroline Davies, fresh from fieldwork in Egypt with researchers Graham Hancock and Robert Bauval, shares exclusive insights into ongoing archaeological investigations around the Sphinx and pyramid complex at Giza. The Egyptology researcher discusses her direct observations of controversial sites and the political challenges facing independent investigators seeking to explore alternative theories about ancient Egyptian civilization. Davies reveals new photographic evidence and firsthand accounts of mysterious chambers, unusual construction techniques, and anomalous features that challenge conventional archaeological timelines and explanations. Her presentation covers the upcoming Art Bell Terror Cruise to Egypt and the Mediterranean, which will provide listeners with opportunities to visit these enigmatic sites and explore ancient mysteries firsthand. The conversation examines resistance from orthodox Egyptologists to new research approaches and the institutional barriers that prevent thorough investigation of alternative theories about the true age and purpose of Egyptian monuments. Davies discusses crop circle formations appearing in unusual locations, including new formations discovered in Canada, and potential connections between ancient sites and contemporary anomalous phenomena. Her research reveals how modern technology is uncovering hidden features of ancient structures that suggest far more sophisticated construction techniques and astronomical knowledge than previously recognized. This detailed examination of current Egyptian research provides insider perspectives on the ongoing struggle between conventional archaeology and revolutionary new evidence that suggests a hidden chapter in human history preserved within Earth's most mysterious ancient monuments.
