September 23, 1998: A Remote Viewer - Joseph McMoneagle

Joseph McMoneagle shares his experience as one of the military's most successful remote viewers, providing insights into psychic intelligence gathering and the practical applications of consciousness-based information access. His background in the Army's remote viewing program includes participation in operational missions where psychic intelligence provided actionable information that conventional sources could not obtain. McMoneagle discusses specific remote viewing operations and the methodology developed to maximize accuracy while minimizing interference from conscious mind expectations and analytical overlay. He examines the training procedures and psychological preparation required to develop reliable remote viewing abilities while addressing how these skills can be maintained and enhanced through practice. The conversation covers the scientific protocols used to validate remote viewing information while exploring how psychic intelligence can complement conventional analysis and investigation techniques. McMoneagle addresses skeptical criticism of remote viewing while providing evidence for its operational effectiveness and practical value for intelligence gathering and research purposes. His research reveals how consciousness operates beyond physical limitations while demonstrating techniques for accessing information unavailable through normal sensory channels. The discussion explores implications of validated psychic abilities for understanding human potential while examining how remote viewing might contribute to scientific investigation and problem-solving. McMoneagle's presentation demonstrates how systematic development of psychic abilities can provide practical capabilities while revealing the broader implications of consciousness research for understanding human nature and potential.
