August 28, 1996: Remote Viewing - Ed Dames

Major Ed Dames, retired U.S. Army intelligence officer and former operations and training officer for military remote viewing programs, reveals the classified techniques and extraordinary results of government-sponsored psychic espionage operations. The founder of PSI Tech explains how coordinate remote viewing protocols, developed through Stanford Research Institute research, enabled military personnel to gather intelligence about distant targets using trained psychic perception rather than conventional surveillance methods. Dames describes his role in training military remote viewers and overseeing operational missions that provided actionable intelligence for national security purposes during the program's nearly two-decade existence. His presentation covers the scientific methodology used to validate remote viewing data and the breakthrough discoveries that allowed systematic training of psychic abilities in previously non-psychic individuals. The conversation explores specific remote viewing protocols and how natural psychic syntax and grammar were decoded to create teachable techniques for accessing non-local information about people, places, and events. Dames discusses the program's evolution from experimental research to operational intelligence gathering and the reasons behind the CIA's eventual decision to discontinue official remote viewing programs. His insights into consciousness-based intelligence gathering reveal the hidden history of psychic warfare and the government's decades-long investigation of human consciousness as a potential weapon system. This authoritative account from a program insider provides unprecedented details about one of the most classified and controversial intelligence operations in American military history.
