Wimbledon Day 9 - Djokovic wins longest Wimbledon quarterfinal, Gauff makes first semi + Muchova upsets Osaka!

Wimbledon's roof drama took centre stage and Centre Court as Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner locked in another blockbuster semi-final showdown in a major. At Tennis Weekly HQ, we react to Djokovic's eventful victory over Felix Auger-Aliassime, unpack the controversy surrounding Wimbledon's decision to close the Centre Court roof with daylight still available, and assess whether defending champion Jannik Sinner has found the level needed to stop the seven-time champion after seeing off Jan-Lennard Struff. We also discuss Alexander Zverev's views on the curfew debate after his match was carried over, plus why Taylor Fritz continues to have the German's number ahead of their quarter-final clash.

On the women's side, Coco Gauff battled past Jessica Pegula to reach her first Wimbledon semi-final, while Karolina Muchova ended Naomi Osaka's impressive run to set up a fascinating last-four meeting. We also hear from Gauff after her victory, debate whether Pegula let her biggest chance at a first major slip away, and preview tomorrow’s quarter-final action as British wildcard Arthur Fery looks to continue his remarkable fairytale against Flavio Cobolli.
