The Aus. Open Catch-Up: Round Two - Kanepi conquers Kenin; Nadal gets heckled; Simona survives scare; Fognini-Caruso bust-up; Kyrgios-Thiem set; Norrie into R3; Are post-match interviews too fixated on age?

In the latest episode of The Passing Shot, the tennis podcast by fans, Joel and Kim roundup all the main talking points from the second round of the Australian Open.

From the Fognini-Caruso bust-up, a late night heckler, Halep’s almost exit to an electric Kyrgios 5 set thriller, Round 2 brought all the thrills.

They reflect on Kenin’s early departure as defending champion, the joy that is Hsieh Su-wei, and the excitement of Kokkinakis v Tsitsipas.

Joel and Kim also roundup British results, which sees Cam Norrie as the last standing Brit (in singles!) and due to face Rafa Nadal in Round 3.
