Useless professors = useless diplomas

I recently hired several Craftsmen to work on my new house, and my standard for hiring them is “they can do the job!” Too bad our universities don’t hire professors on the same basis. I was looking at Ohio State University where they hire professors based on race, sexual preference, and other factors that have nothing to do with the skills of being a teacher.
