The terrible failure and insanity of DEI

DEI is supposed to mean “diversity, equity, and inclusion. But it’s come to mean “didn’t earn it!” That is, people who have no skills, but have the right skin collar, or the right sexual preference, or some aspect that has nothing useful. Now there’s a big backlash on this. I see where Target stores are not doing “Pride Month” now.
