The death of feminism

One of Hillary Clinton’s most famous quotes was, “I could have stayed home and baked cookies.” She is referring to the “ordinary” housewife. Someone who stays home, raises the kids, supports her husband in his work. And as feminists say, “fails to fulfills her potential.” Betty Friedan, about 50 years ago wrote The Feminine Mystique” that was about how women who actually want to be mothers and homemakers were lesser women because of that.
