Hate Crimes = Orwell's Thought-Crimes

Have you heard of a hate crime committed by a black against a white? Or maybe there has been, but I just haven’t seen it. And now black Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee proposed that a white who criticizes a black person has committed a felony, a hate crime, just for criticizing.
