Dept of Education's destruction of Education!

Have you seen the 8th grade examination test from 1900? I’ll bet you can’t pass it. Ever since Jimmy Carter created the Department of Education, America’s education levels have gone down. I mean, WAY down. At least ten elementary in high schools in Minneapolis public school district didn’t have a single student meet grade level proficiency in math. They can’t read either.
