A faulty belief system

Awhile back, a young doctor client of mine asked me, why have things gotten so crazy? He brought that up after the hospital ordered him to do a Pap smear test on a man. The man believes he’s a woman, and this doctor is supposed to believe with him. That’s like going into the sanitarium and wanting to be one of the inmates.
