Inside a Premier League pre-season camp

Join Max Scott as he's invited to Portugal to attend Nottingham Forest's pre-season training camp!

We hear from Morgan Gibbs-White, club captain Ryan Yates and of course new boss Oliver Glasner on what we can expect this season. We also swing by and chat to Kitman Dan as well as the man fueling the team Chef Omar.

Plus Max gets put through his paces undertaking the dreaded bleep test before enduring a freezing ice bath while getting quizzed on all things Forest.
