On this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by writer and sports media personality Joe Yerdon to discuss among other topics the Buffalo Sabres starting to rear up the offense after a slow start to the early season and if top prospect Zach Benson will be sticking around beyond this week. The Sabres surprisingly dominated the Colorado Avalanche this past Sunday, 4-0 and have now scored at least four goals in three straight game and at least three in six of their last seven. Joe talks about what's starting to click after a ho hum first few games of the season offensively. Joe also has thoughts on what the future holds for Benson and fellow young first-rounder Matthew Savoe with decisions due on each soon, could Victor Olofsson be demoted to Rochester if no trade partner is found, how he thinks the goaltending situation is playing out and marveling at the superstar Rasmus Dahlin has become. That plus it's time to see what we really have with the Buffalo Bills when they face legitimate Super Bowl contender Cincinnati on the road this week and much more.
