How Ole Miss is navigating the portal with Grove Collective’s Walker Jones

The Ole Miss Spirit’s Ben Garrett is joined on this Friday (December 20, 2024) edition of ‘Talk of Champions’ by Walker Jones, who leads Ole Miss’ NIL initiative, the Grove Collective.

The first of two portal windows closes on December 28. Jones has been in the heat of the recruiting battles in helping build out the nation’s top-ranked transfer class, according to On3.

Jones goes in-depth on the most expensive and competitive position this cycle, as well as whether he’s been surprised by any Ole Miss portal entrants and much, much more.

‘Talk of Champions’ is always powered by RiverLand Roofing. Text or call RiverLand for all your roofing needs: 662-644-4297. Few, if any, are doing more for Ole Miss in the NIL (name, image and likeness) space. Visit them online at RiverLandRoofing.com.
