Daytime Fireworks: Something's gotta give between Ole Miss and Alabama on Saturday

The pressure is on for Alabama this week, and Ole Miss is fresh off a bye.

Something's gotta give.

Zach Berry (Ole Miss Spirit/On3) and David Brandt (Associated Press) have the full breakdown in this edition of Daytime Fireworks, including their thoughts on a unique matchup of Ole Miss’ potent rushing attack against an Alabama team in search of answers following an overtime loss on the road to LSU.

Kickoff between Ole Miss (8-1, 4-1 SEC) and Alabama (7-2, 4-2) is set for 2:30 p.m. CT on CBS.

Can Lane Kiffin and Co. stay within striking distance? Or will Saturday be just another footnote in the decorated history of Nick Saban, inarguably one of the greatest coaches the sport has ever seen?

The one-two punch of running backs Quinshon Judkins and Zach Evans is key.
