The Triumph & Truyện of VietSlam

Vietnam Pro Wrestling founders Rocky Huynh and Carey are back to tell the incredible story behind VietSlam, the new documentary produced by Chris Jericho about the rise of pro wrestling in Vietnam! Plus, Rocky explains his shocking heel turn and fireball attack, Carey talks VPW’s run of sold-out shows, the launch of its women’s division and Viva Van’s role in the company, and how VPW went from wrestling without a real ring to working with New Japan Pro Wrestling! Hear how IWGP Champion Yota Tsuji came to Vietnam, why VPW wrestler Ares is now training at the NJPW dojo in Tokyo, and what’s next as Vietnam Pro Wrestling looks toward bigger shows and expansion across Southeast Asia. Watch VietSlam: Squashing The Cultural Gap: https://vietslam.com/📸 Instagram: @vpw_officialTalk Is Jericho is available on YouTube! https://www.youtube.csom/ChrisJerichoFozzyLike, Subscribe, and hit the 🔔 to stay updated on new episodes! More from Talk Is Jericho:📸 Instagram: @chrisjerichofozzy | @talkisjericho🐦 Twitter/X: @IAmJericho | @TalkIsJericho🎵 TikTok: @chrisjericho🌐 Website: https://www.webisjericho.com/
