How Abraham Lincoln Became The Top Star of BOOM! Pro Wrestling

Max Mitchell is the founder of the very cool BOOM! Pro Wrestling promotion in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and Brady Malibu is one of its top stars! Max explains how the birth of his daughter coupled with a bracket-style tournament to determine her middle name inspired him to start his own wrestling company. He and Brady discuss BOOM!’s use of comedy, their over-the-top characters like Abraham Lincoln and swimsuit model/evil lifeguard Brady Malibu, and how they adopted the television season model to build their own wrestling seasons and storylines. They also talk about selling season tickets to their show, keeping beer prices down, having Max’s mom involved in the ring, and their plans for BOOM! season 3 and future growth! Buy tickets to BOOM!
