Art The Clown Terrifies Halloween Horror Nights

Terrifier creator & director Damien Leone and producer Phil Falcone return to celebrate the rise of their blood-soaked franchise – from humble indie beginnings to breaking box office records, and now taking over Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights with their own terrifying haunted house. Damien & Phil share the origin story of Art the Clown, the struggles of making the first Terrifier on a shoestring budget, and how Terrifier 2 and Terrifier 3 shocked Hollywood by becoming huge theatrical hits while staying proudly unrated. They also reveal how the Horror Nights attraction came together, why it’s the “bloodiest house” in the event’s history, and what went into recreating infamous kills like the brutal “Alley scene.” Plus, Damien explains how David Howard Thornton shaped Art into the horror icon he is today, and reflects on what it means to see his creation alongside Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, and Michael Myers as part of horror’s elite. And he teases big plans for Terrifier 4!
