Beyond excited that we managed to bag this week’s guest. I read her book the moment I got my hands on it and am addicted to her Netflix original series, 'Salt Fat Acid Heat'. Samin Nosrat loves food just as much as we do, so get ready for an episode completely full to the brim of food and everything to do with it.
