Despite the fact that he didn’t eat ANYTHING and he thinks food can ruin a party (we totally disagree), the disco legend and hotelier Ian Schrager tells us all about the history of Studio 54, dancing with Diana Ross, where to eat chicken soup in New York, jail food and how he set up his hotel empire.
